DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our Click and Collect Service is NOW AVAILABLE.
We are able to accept your old appliance when delivering your new appliance provided the old appliance is ready at time of delivery for the driver, disconnected and disinfected. We also request that if possible your WEEE product is outside the premises where we are delivering in advance.
Please note that Delivery is to a Ground Floor residence (unless a lift is available).

All items (excluding Large Kitchen Appliances) are delivered by An Post Parcel Service. *Items include Laptops, TV, Vacuums, Portable Electronics, and Small Kitchen Appliances. EXCLUDES Large Kitchen Appliances.
Large Kitchen Appliances are delivered the next working day in most parts of Cork for orders placed before 12 Midnight and in most parts of Munster for orders received before 3 PM provided the item is in stock in your region & within APPROX. 3-5 working days in all other areas (Note: Cork City deliveries are also available on Saturday mornings)
You will be contacted by a member of the Soundstore Online Team as soon as your order has been processed in order to confirm the delivery date
