You’ll always receive your payouts within 3 hours of accepting a payment – even on weekends and bank holidays. No extra cost, no catch. How long does it take for the money to appear in my account?

Your money will appear in your free SumUp Business Account within 3 hours – even on weekends and bank holidays. You can then spend or withdraw your money using your complementary Mastercard.** If you prefer, you can opt to receive payouts directly to any other bank account, with funds arriving within 1 to 2 business days.

What happens after I make a purchase?

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll dispatch your device with no shipping costs. We’ll send you a confirmation message and a tracking link via SMS and email so that you can keep an eye on its progress.
