Heritage
The Kitchener was the very first range cooker, invented and built on the same site as our current factory in 1830 and revolutionised how people cooked.
Dual Fuel Hob
Dual Fuel is the most popoular fuel choice, the reponsiveness of a gas hob with the flexibility and even heat distribution of an electric oven.
The hob can be converted to LPG using a kit provided.
Griddle Plate (Optional)
A robust cast aluminum griddle plate, snugly sits on the top of the gas hob. With both groved and flat surfaces," for optium choice of cooking. Optional Extra
Ovens
The main fan oven of 73 litres in capacity draws air from the interior of the oven, heats it up and forces it back into the cavity again. The heat within a fan oven is evenly distributed for multi-level cooking. The Kitchener 100cm also has a second fan oven, with a massive 82 litres in capacity.
Both ovens are 'A' rated for optium performance and efficiency.
Programmable Oven
If you like the freedom of being able to start and finish cooking a dish while you are out, you'll appreciate the benefit of a programmable main fan oven.
Separate Grill
A separate grill cavity enables easy grilling.
Handy Rack
This innovative grilling tray attaches to the inside of the main oven door, pulling out to view when the door is opened for safe and easily accessible cooking.
