This technology divides the flexible area into three different zones automatically activated at various temperatures (hot down) so you can change the heat just by sliding the pan on the surface. This offers effortless control of the entire baking cycle. Thanks to CleanProtect, an exclusive treatment applied to the surface of the plate, you can effortlessly clean your plate with a water spray, for a brilliant result over time.
