Nationwide Delivery:

We offer a nationwide delivery service to all 32 counties in Ireland, so whether you are in Cork, Donegal or Dublin, we will deliver to you.

*Items include Laptops, TV (under 50") Vacuums, Portable Electronics, Small Kitchen Appliances. EXCLUDES Large Kitchen Appliances. 

• All items (excluding Large Kitchen Appliances) are delivered by An Post Parcel Service and will be delivered next working day provided that the product is in stock and the order is received before 1pm on Monday to Friday (inclusive). Please note that we can deliver small items to your work address for your convenience*Items include Laptops, TV, Vacuums, Portable Electronics, Small Kitchen Appliances. EXCLUDES Large Kitchen Appliances. 
• Large Kitchen Appliances are delivered next working day in most parts of Munster for orders received before 3PMand provided the item is in stock in your region & within 3-5 working days in all other areas (Note: Cork City deliveries are also available on Saturday mornings) 
• You will be contacted by a member of the Soundstore Online Team as soon as your order has been processed in order to confirm the delivery date

• **Installations must be purchased with a delivery service and are only available within a 30 mile radius of our Stores - Cork City (Wilton & Blackpool), Limerick, Waterford and Tralee.
• Once installation purchased a member of the customer service team will contact you to arrange a suitable time
• Installations are normally completed within 1-3 days of order

PRODUCT DISPOSAL

LARGE APPLIANCES

If you are getting a new large appliance delivered our delivery driver will take your old appliance back to be recycled. The old appliance must be disconnected, clean and ready for our driver at the time of delivery.

When returning an old appliance for recycling on delivery, the product must be of similar type or have performed the same function as the newly purchased product.

SMALL APPLIANCES

Small appliances are delivered to you by An Post  but we can still arrange to have your old appliance recycled free of charge. Just bring it back to any of our stores  and we will ensure that it is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
